The running cross-cut saw is a cutting machine that quickly cuts decorative boards and long counter materials (strip materials) using a circular saw (chip saw) in a horizontal manner. 【Features】 ■ By using two circular saws for front and rear cutting, it achieves a cutting surface without burrs or chipping. (UR2M/UR2KM models) ■ It automatically performs continuous fixed-length cutting by simply inserting long materials and turning on the "start" switch. ■ Dimension input is easily done via a touch panel. ■ Supports QR code/barcode input (optional). ■ The fixed-length device allows for precise positioning in 0.1 mm increments using a servo motor. ■ Equipped with a guiding shaft to enable stable cutting surfaces without burrs on the panel material. ■ The running guide uses LM guides to maintain high running accuracy over a long period.
